The National Labor Relations Board will hold a hearing October 17 to address allegations of union interference at the casino owned by the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan.
The Teamsters union has been trying to organize at the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort. Union leaders say they casino managers have threatened employees if they join the effort. The NLRB conducted a preliminary review and found enough evidence to issue a complaint and hold a hearing. The tribe says the NLRB has no jurisdiction at the casino. Get the Story:
