Opponents of the Seneca Nation's off-reservation casino in Buffalo, New York, want a federal judge to expediting a ruling in the case.
Citizens for a Better Buffalo argues the land where the casino is located does not qualify for gaming. But the National Indian Gaming Commission said the tribe acquired the property through a land claims settlement, thereby meeting one of the exceptions for an off-reservation casino.
