An anti-gaming group plans to ask a federal court to shut down the Seneca Nation's off-reservation casino in Buffalo, New York.
The tribe opened a temporary casino last week. But Citizens for a Better Buffalo says the site cannot be used for gaming. The land was taken into trust pursuant to a land claims settlement act.
