WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24, 2002 Members of the Shiprock chapter of the Navajo Nation don't want their leader to quit. In a vote held on Sunday, members of the New Mexico chapter supported president Duane Chili. Chili was threatening to resign because he said unfounded allegations about him were hampering his work. A complaint has been lodged against him by the the Navajo Ethics and Rules Office, he said. Get the Story:
