Secretary of Interior Gale Norton never talked with executives from the failed energy company Enron last year and isn't aware if her staff ever did the same, The Denver Post reports today.

Norton sat on the White House energy task force which received numerous recommendations from Enron officials. Ex-Enron chair Ken Lay met with Vice President Dick Cheney or his staff at least six times throughout the formation of the energy policy.
