The Lummi Nation of Washington is opening a new $20 million casino today.

The Silver Reef Casino is the tribe's second try at gaming. The first facility did well until Canada expanded gaming and also suffered from management problems.

The tribe has now hired Merit Management Group to run the show. The company will get 18 percent of proceeds under a five-year agreement.
