A cast member of the HBO series "Oz" and a former celebrity guard went to court in Connecticut to challenge his removal from the Mashantucket Pequot Reservation.

Chuck Zito was at a boxing match at the tribe's casino when he was asked to remove a jacket bearing logos and colors of the Hell's Angels. The casino has an anti-gang dress code and said it was trying to enforce the policy.

After talks with police, Zito was eventually escorted out of the casino and now faces a misdemeanor charge under state law. He says he will sue the tribe as well.

"I am appalled by this, especially from the Indians," he was quoted by The New London Day as saying. "They've had their land taken away from them for so many years, and now they're discriminating against other people."
