TUESDAY, APRIL 2, 2002 The Arizona State Legislature on Monday began a special session to address Indian gaming and related proposals. Gov. Jane Hull wants new compacts she negotiated with the state's tribes approved. Race track operators, whose business has suffered since the introduction of casino gaming, want the agreements rejected.
