WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 23, 2002 The American Indian Business Development Corp. is praising the addition of a credit union in a poor area of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The non-profit group, which is based in Minneapolis, says the City County Federal Credit Union will help the Phillips neighborhood. The group has sought more financial services for residents.
