THURSDAY, MARCH 14, 2002 A Montana woman has been indicted on felony charges for allegedly driving while drunk and carrying a baby on her lap. Shari Littlelight was arrested by the Bureau of Indian Affairs for an accident that occurred on the Crow Reservation. Her blood alcohol level was reportedly 0.17 percent, nearly twice the state limit of 0.10. Littlelight has been cited three times for driving while drunk with the baby, the BIA reported. She was turned over to state authorities because she was observed driving recklessly on a state road before traveling onto the reservation. In related reservation accident news, Russell John Tallwhiteman Jr. was sentenced to 21 months for killing a child on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation. He was also reported to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Get the Story:
