Protesters have been barred from entering an Indian health clinic in Minnesota.

A judge ordered the group to stay away from the Indian Health Board in Minneapolis, halting a rally that was planned on Thursday. Protesters entered the clinic on Monday to call for the rehiring of three physicians and the resignation of the clinic board and chief executive officer.
