Two Indian Health Service officials at the Crow agency on the Crow Reservation in Montana have been suspended.

Unit Director Tennyson Doney and Administrative Officer Leonard Bends have been suspended since late February, according to The Billings Gazette. The paper claims the two are part of an investigation into financial mismanagement at the Crow hospital.

A regional IHS official told the paper that the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Attorney's Office are involved. Seven employees have also been suspended.

The facility serves the Crow and Northern Cheyenne reservations.
