First Nations in British Columbia are challenging a voter referendum on treaty rights.

The First Nations Treaty Alliance says the mail-in ballot is unconstitutional. Pollster Angus Reid agrees and says the questions are biased against the bands.

The eight-question ballot arrives in the mail this week. It is due May 15.
