THURSDAY, MARCH 28, 2002 A British Columbia Supreme Court judge on Wednesday turned down a request by the Hupacasath First Nation to stop the province from mailing a treaty referendum to voters. The band wanted the initiative held off until legal questions could be resolved. Get the Story:
