FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2002 Federal authorities are offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved with desecrating a burial site in Washington. Two non-Indian women were reported to have been seen digging around the site, near a federal dam. Later, bones were found ground up into a powder. Get the Story:
