Percent of U.S. Households with a Computer:
Across all income levels, Asian-Americans lead. But surprisingly, Native Americans and white Americans are at the same level, with Native Americans having a slightly higher rate in the $15,000 - $34,999 income bracket. More Money = More Computer Ownership.

Phones in Indian Country:
Phone access varies widely, underscoring the need for each tribe and community to develop its own plan. Here are some stats for selected reservations, showing percentage of homes without a telephone.
 
St. Regis Mohawk Reservation, NY 15.9%
Acoma Pueblo, NM 30.0%
Fort Belknap Reservation, MT 43.1%
Fort Apache Reservation, AZ 64.5%
Navajo Nation 81.6%
