"A good friend (non-Indian) has been trying for over three years to get visitation with his son who was taken to the reservation by his (part) Native American mother. In court on the reservation he was denied even supervised visitation - something he has been told there was no legal basis for. Is this a dual system of justice? No one wants to talk about it and we are supposed to pretend this doesn't exist. . ."
