S.D. children learn through hoop dance

FRIDAY, AUGUST 3, 2001 World Hoop Dance champion Dallas Chief Eagle helped a group of 30 South Dakota middle school students put on their first hoop dance on Thursday. The students, participating in a two-week offered by the Multi-Cultural Center in Sioux Falls, were from different parts of the world, including South Dakota. Their dance reflected seasons and the environment. Get the Story:
