"Has the Mohegan Tribe become so economically and politically powerful that it has lost its common sense and is willing to defy public opinion so blatantly? Will the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers really issue a permit based upon such shoddy research, inaccurate detail, incomplete impact studies, and in the face of unprecedented public opposition? We will soon find out."
