Nader / LaDuke fail to get on ballot

AUGUST 30 2000 Ralph Nader and Winona LaDuke failed to submit enough signatures to get on the ballot in Wyoming and won't be on the ballot in South Dakota either. Green Party workers in Wyoming said someone walked off with a petition containing signatures and tried to get enough to submit them in time for the deadline. A federal judge in South Dakota denied the party the right to appear on the ballot after they failed to submit enough signatures there. Get the Story:
