AUGUST 10, 2000 Inman Cloyde Gooday was honored as Outstanding Indian of the Year at the 69th Annual American Indian Exposition in Anadarko, Oklahoma this week. Gooday is responsible for maintaining the Dance of the Mountain Spirits for the Fort Sill Apache in Oklahoma. The Fort Sill were held prisoners of war for 27 years by the US government.
