For “sovereignty,” please define.

To “improve the quality of life for our people.” How does annexation do this? For “our people to live within our jurisdiction.”

Tribal members own or rent homes all over the area. They, as members of the tribe, are already “under tribal jurisdiction.” Should each of their homes be put into the trust as well?"
