A group of Native American, Asian, Pacific Island, African and Hispanic artists will have their own tent village during the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics in 2002.

The group, also known as NAPAH, on Thursday outlined their plans for a $1.5 million tent village. They hope to showcase their wares and be remembered as being part of the Olympic celebration.

Their tent village will be located near an Olympic-sanctioned Navajo Nation Native American cultural expo.
