JUNE 15, 2000 The "Connecting Your Circle" conference held in Phoenix, Arizona on Wednesday attracted more than 200 Native women from throughout the Southwest. The participants discussed the many changes and issues facing Native women today, such as education, families, culture, gaming, and economic opportunity. Get the Story:
