"In order to help the healing process, it's time for Congress to re-examine its award of medals to men who did massacre women and children right here on American soil. Congress has yet to rescind 18 Medals of Honor - the military's highest award given to recognize uncommon valor and bravery in battle with enemy forces - infamously awarded to members of the 7th Cavalry, Col. George Custer's old unit. . ."
