EDITORIAL: Trust fund monitor a good idea

In an editorial today, the Denver Post says the appointment of a court monitor to oversee trust reform "figuratively slaps Interior and Justice officials not just for incompetence, but also for stonewalling."

Judge Royce Lamberth on Monday appointed Joseph Kieffer to oversee trust reform at the Department of Interior. Both sides of the trust fund lawsuit welcomed the move.
