Reno to finally take road trip

JANUARY 5, 2000 She's been to powwows before but departing Attorney General Janet Reno's real jingle dance will come when she holds the keys to her red pickup truck. On Thursday, she confirmed the purchased of the truck, which she will use for the cross-country road trip she's wanted to make for several years now. Although she wouldn't say what model of truck, aides said it was a used Ford Ranger. No word on whether or not Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell (R-Colo), who recently completed his own cross-country trip to deliver a Christmas tree to Washington, DC, will tag along. Get the Story:
