Congressman to hold Indian press conference

DECEMBER 19, 2000 Representative Frank Wolf (R-Virginia) today plans on holding a press conference on federal recognition and Indian gaming. It will be aired live on C-SPAN2 at 11AM Eastern Standard Time. The Republican Congressman has called for an investigation into both federal recognition and gaming. He also opposes a bill that would extend federal recognition to eight tribes in his state. Relevant Links:
