Ho-Chunk youth complete marathon

MONDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2001

Eleven youth from the Ho-Chunk Nation of Wisconsin competed, and completed, the Honolulu Marathon in Hawaii last Sunday.

The idea to compete was started by Erwin Begay, a Navajo man who is married to the youth coordinator for the tribe.
