The Alaska Supreme Court on Thursday rejected most of the state's House redistricting plan.

The court in a 4-1 vote told the Alaska Redistricting Board to redraw 22 out of 40 districts, including the Alaska Native dominated House District 40. The court said the district's population has to equal all the others.
