Anti-treaty rights group blasted

In a unanimous resolution, the National Congress of American Indians called an anti-treaty and anti-sovereignty group in New York a "hate group."

Naturally, Upstate Citizens for Equality said it doesn't hate. Its members only want their rights protected, even if it means ignoring treaties and sovereign rights of tribes, according to the group.
