TUESDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2001 President Bush today will make a speech to mark the anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks. Bush will deliver his remarks at the Citadel University in South Carolina, where he made a campaign speech in 1999. That speech contained some references to terrorism. Get the Story:
