TUESDAY, AUGUST 7, 2001 Former President Bill Clinton has signed a more than $10 million deal to write his memoirs, publisher Alfred A. Knopf and sources said on Monday. The deal is the highest ever for a non-fiction book. The memoirs will be published in 2003. Get the Story:
