Condit children leave Calif. jobs

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 29, 2001 Rep. Gary Condit's two children on Tuesday resigned from their jobs at California Governor Gray Davis's office. Davis has been a long-time friend of the family. But he too has criticized his fellow Democrat for not being more forward about the disappearance of Chandra Levy, a former government intern. Levy has been missing more than 100 days. Get the Story:
