NOVEMBER 7, 2000 Well, no one can say for sure, but news organizations might hold the key to knowing the winner of the Presidential election. Due to the difference in time zones and the times at which the polls in certain states close, news networks might be able to declare a winner as early as 11PM tonight. But they say even the average viewer at home with a calculator can figure out the winner. Still, network executives aren't saying when or what they will do tonight. They say an announcement might come after midnight, maybe. Live returns can be found at The Washington Post later this evening. Indianz.Com will announce a winner as soon as we get around to it.
