TUESDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2001 Washington D.C.'s Reagan National Airport will reopen with strict new security requirements within the coming days, White House officials said on Monday. Service, however, will be limited to and from New York and Boston, sources told The Washington Post. There is no indication when service to other cities will be resumed.
