THURSDAY, APRIL 18, 2002 The Blackfeet Nation tribal council has approved a study to determine if building a lodge near Glacier National Park would be economically viable. If built, the lodge would have 62 rooms and cover 44,780-square-feet. It would be located on the northwestern part of the tribe's reservation. Financing would need to be secured. Cost is estimated at $7 million to $10 million. Get the Story:
