Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal filed suit against Arthur Andersen on Tuesday.

The suit accused Andersen fraud, negligence and recklessness for its work on a deal with bankrupt energy company Enron. Enron had entered in a deal with the state's trash authority -- based on Andersen's numbers, said Blumenthal -- and lost $220 million when it fell through.
