THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2002 Tribes in Arizona have agreed to new gaming compacts that would legalize new casinos, expand the size of casinos and require them to share about $83 million a year. The 20-year agreement was reached after years of negotiation. Compacts that are set to expire in the coming years don't include revenue sharing provisions.
