TUESDAY, JANUARY 22, 2002 The Cheyenne-Arapaho tribal complex near El Reno, Oklahoma, will play host this Thursday to a workshop for women entrepreneurs. The OIO Women's Center has organized the meeting for women who want to go into business or those interested in doing so. Various business practices will be discussed during the two-hour session.
