FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2001 In a victory for the state of Texas, a federal judge on Thursday ordered the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo to close its Speaking Eagle casino by November 30. The ruling was a shock for the tribe. The tribe is planning an appeal to the 5th Circuit. Get the Story:
