SEPTEMBER 26, 2000

Arizona's gaming tribes are winning the battle for revenues in the state, as profits in lottery and horse and dog tracks has dropped over the past several years.

Revenues at the state's horse and dog tracks were $8.5 million in 1993. Last year, it was $3 million.
