FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2001

Four Minnesota tribes on Thursday filed lawsuits against the state, seeking to keep casino audits from the public eye.

The state's attorney general office has said the audits, which detail financial and other information, are public data. But the office will delay releasing them pending the outcome of the lawsuit.

Another lawsuit is expected today.
