Mohegan Tribe teams with radio station

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2001 The Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut has teamed up with a local radio station to promote the Mohegan Sun casino. The tribe nor the casino, have purchased the station, however. It is being described as a collaborative effort. The station, WMOS 104.7, will be broadcast live from the casino. The station will not be playing Native music but classic hits from the 1960s, '70s, and '80s. Get the Story:
