MONDAY, AUGUST 6, 2001 Now that the Idaho Supreme Court has struck down taxation of fuel on reservations, three tribes are seeking a refund of as much as $8 million from the state. The Nez Perce Tribe, the Coeur d'Alene Tribe and the Shoshone-Bannock Tribe are most affected by the recent decision.
