Ariz. tribe faces opposition on gaming

Race track owners in Arizona are threatening to sue to prevent the Yavapai Nation from bringing off-track betting to three casino.

The tribe is negotiating with the state in order to bring in a television signal to offer the betting. A formal arbitration process is scheduled for September 7 but the race tracks are protesting.
