Wash. tribe sued for $20 million

The Kalispel Tribe of Washington is facing a $20 million lawsuit from an economic development enterprise of another tribe.

Spirit Mountain Management and Consulting Inc, owned by the Confederated Grande Ronde Tribes, claims the Kalispel Tribe has backed out of a contract. Spirit Management says they loaned the tribe money to help open the Northern Quest Casino in Washington.
