Tribes support bar on political donations

Seven of the eight tribes who operate casinos in South Dakota have agreed to a provision which bars them from making political contributions.

The only tribe which hasn't agreed to the ban is the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. But their compact negotiations have just begun.

Municipal governments are barred in South Dakota from using money public money to make contributions.
