Pequot Tribe proposes office complex

JUNE 18, 2001 The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut has officially filed plans for a $19 million office complex in downtown Norwich. The tribe would turn over the property to a developer, who would then build an 86,934-square-foot complex. The tribe would pay $1.06 million a year to lease space in the office for its employees. The tribe would also seek other tenants for the site. Get the Story:
