Sandia Pueblo opening new casino

MAY 24, 2001 Sandia Pueblo will open a new $80 million, 209,000-square-foot casino on Friday, just a short drive north of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The casino contains 1,350 slot machines, an outdoor ampitheatre, and a restaurant. It will employ 1,200, with a payroll of $23 million. Get the Story:
